Sky+ box offer: Existing Sky+ box households are not eligible for a discounted box. Existing customers must agree to new 12 month minimum term for Sky TV. One free/discounted box per household. Sky+ box up to £199 if you are not eligible for discounted price (Sky TV subscription required). You will receive a Sky+HD box which has all the features of Sky+ and can store an average of 185 hours of standard definition programmes. To view free-to-air HD content you need an HD ready TV. To view Sky HD content you will also need the HD Pack (£10.25 a month).

Existing Sky+HD customers are entitled to one £149 box, additional 2TB boxes £249. £249 for any existing customer who received a discounted 1TB box. New customers joining Sky TV with the HD Pack are entitled to one £149 box. Any additional 2TB boxes thereafter or when taking without the HD Pack are £249. Standard set-up £30 for new customers and £60 for existing Sky TV customers. Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Sky+HD 2TB box provides 1.5TB of personal storage and 0.5TB of storage for On Demand Showcase content.

Online Marks and Spencer voucher offer: Join Sky TV online and Sky will send you a M&S voucher. One voucher per household and only available when you join online. Vouchers sent via recorded delivery within 45 days of activating your viewing.

Service availability: Services available in Virgin Media cabled streets only. Subject to network capacity, 12-month minimum term contract. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early disconnection fee.

Installation: Installation charges apply (starting from £40 for standard install and, subject to availability, from £20 for Quickstart self-install). Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT.

Catch-up TV content: Catch-up TV content available for 7 days after broadcast. Once purchased, all chargeable on demand content must be viewed in 24 hours.

Free Virgin Media Hub for L and XL: Wireless enabled equipment required. Available to all new Broadband customers taking our Size: L and Size: XL Broadband services, and to existing Broadband customers upgrading to Size: XL (subject to status and credit checks). Wireless router for XXL: Wireless router and adapter are included in your package. Equipment remains property of Virgin Media. Existing customers not upgrading their package can buy a Virgin Media Hub for £60 or a Wireless N router for £50.

Free installation on broadband, TV and phone bundles: Available to new customers buying a bundle with all three cable services (broadband, TV and phone). You will receive a free installation, up to a maximum £40, via a credit applied to your first bill. Downgrading services in your bundle during the minimum period will attract a charge. Line Rental Saver: Offer ends 29.10.10. Available to BT Calling Plan customers paying £113.88 for 12 months in advance by debit/credit card – equivalent to £9.49 a month (full price £131.88). Any additional charges to be paid by Direct Debit with e-billing. At least two chargeable or inclusive calls must be made per month (or six chargeable or inclusive calls per quarter) to avoid monthly charge of £1.50 (or a quarterly charge of £4.50) being added to your bill.
